• Our pest control plan encompasses a wide range of pests, including spiders, house mice, house rats, house ants, clothes moths, Sow bugs, Pill Bugs, Fleas, cockroaches, silverfish, house crickets, earwigs, paper wasps, hornets, centipedes, and millipedes. Any additional pest control services requested will be provided separately at discounted rates.
• Furthermore, our service includes the placement of an outdoor rodent bait station and baiting service for comprehensive pest management.

Terms & Conditions:

Our services and pricing are tailored for residential properties comprising a single structure of up to 3,000 square feet. A minimum service period of 12 months is required, with a 30-day cancellation notice following the initial term. Please note that our services exclude treatment for Bedbugs and wood-boring insects. Should you require additional bait stations, they are available upon request at $9.99 per station per month.

For added peace of mind, you have the option to include mosquito control for an extra $39.99 per month.
